Reservations
We highly recommend reserving your appointment time in advance. A credit card is required in order to reserve a time slot. For reservations and additional information about our services and amenities, please contact Spa 211 at (580) 371-6212.
Arrival
To maximize your total Spa experience, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to check in, change into your robe and enjoy the relaxation lounge. Should you arrive late, your treatment will still end at its scheduled time as a courtesy to the next guest.
We ask that you respect the peaceful environment of the spa by turning off all cell phones and electronic devices upon your arrival.
Cancellations
To avoid being charged the full service price, cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments without the required notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price.
Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are considered confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to the same cancellation policy. If an appointment booked within the 24-hour cancellation window is canceled, rescheduled, or missed, the full service price will be charged.
Attire
A robe, slippers, and locker are provided for guests enjoying multiple services during their spa visit. You may undress to your personal comfort level. Our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques, and only the area being treated will be exposed during your service.
For Your Comfort and Safety
To ensure the best possible Spa 211 experience, we encourage you to communicate openly with your service provider regarding room temperature, treatment pressure, and technique. Please notify us when booking of any pregnancy, allergies, health conditions, medications, or other considerations that may affect your service. We also encourage you to discuss any concerns with your provider upon arrival so your treatment can be personalized for your comfort and safety.
Gratuities
We aim to provide exceptional service at Spa 211. Gratuities are graciously appreciated. For guests who wish to leave a gratuity, 15%–20% of the service price is customary, although guests are always welcome to leave more at their discretion. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk.

Allow yourself a little extra time before and after your treatments to fully enjoy your Spa 211 experience.
Drink plenty of water before and after your services.
Shaving is not recommended prior to body exfoliation or hair-removal services.
Spa 211 is a smoke-free and vape-free property.
We recommend leaving valuables at home.
